Booking conditions:
Room reservations will only be accepted after a deposit of 25% of the room price per person. Excluding short-term bookings (i.e. 14 days prior to arrival) - in such a case, the contract is already valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation. For the safety and security of our guests, we offer a Hotel Cancellation Insurance - you will obatin further details when reserving your room.

Cancellation:
Up to one month before arrival changes and cancellation of your booking are possible and no fee will be charged. For cancellation within a month up to 7 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the reservation. If you cancel later or in case of no-show, 90 % of the reservation will be charged.
