Appointments
Please give us information of your desired appointment before arrival, however, we cannot guarantee your desired appointment due to large demand. Should you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no extra surchage, otherwise 50% of the treatment fee will be added to your hotel bill.

Children
Our health & beauty complex SteffisSPA should be an oasis of peace and relaxation for our guests. The sauna area is generally a nude area. Should you wish to cover yourself, you have the opportunity to “protect” yourself with a towel. Children under the age of 14 are permitted to enter the spa area until 4.30 pm.

Can you imagine, just how many towels are unnecessarily washed in all hotels all over the world and just how much washing powder pollutes our water? Please help our environment and use your sauna towel a second time!
