Cream of pumpkins

Recipe for 10 persons:

600 g pumpkins (cubed)
2 pieces onions (cubed)
75 g butter
0,2 l orange juice
0,1 l white wine
0,5 l vegetable stock
1,2 l cream
2 table spoons maple sirup
Salt
Pepper

Zubereitung:

Glaze the cubes of pumpkins and onions in the melted butter. Flavour with salt, pepper and maple sirup, add the liquids and cook all together until the pumpkins decay. Purée everything with a mixer.

Flavour again and add some butter flakes just before serving.
