Our cable cars are highly popular in both summer and winter. With the Lech-Warth Inclusive Card, you can use the cable cars in Warth-Schröcken and Lech am Arlberg free of charge.

Your way to the top – the Steffisalp Express

Enjoy the summer breeze on your skin, the vibrant Alpine pastures below you and a panoramic view of the mountains as the Steffisalp Express summer cable car silently brings you closer to the peaks. Use of the cable cars in Warth-Schröcken am Hochtannberg is included free of charge with the Warth-Card – Active Inclusive Card, and with a stay at the Hotel Steffisalp**** of one or more nights. Make use of the opportunity to “skip” the steep start to the ascent. From June 29 to October 14, 2019, the Steffisalp Express is in daily operation (when the weather is suitable for hiking) from 09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.

Our tip: Take the Steffisalp Express to start your hike around the Karhorn. Follow the directions to Bürstegg, the first Walser settlement on the Arlberg. Enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains with a snack and a cool beer and have the bartender, who also tends the fields, tell you all about the history of the Walser people and the Arlberg. When you have finished your pit stop, you can continue towards Auenfeldsattel. From there, go down to the Auenfeldern and continue on to the Körbersee and Körbalpe, past the Hochkrumbach and back to the Sporthotel Steffisalp**** in Warth.

In the local region, you can also find other mountain adventures at Diedamskopf in Au-Schoppernau (approx. 15 km), at the Jöchelspitzbahn in Bach im Lechtal (approx. 20 km) as well as in Lech am Arlberg.
