Steam bath & infrared cabin

In addition to the vitality pool and sauna, the Steffisalp Wellness & Spa area also includes a steam bath, a Kneipp foot basin and an infrared cabin.

In the steam bath there is high humidity with mild radiant heat (approx. 45 ° Celsius) – in addition, a rose quartz ensures positive vibrations.

Pleasant temperatures await you in the infrared cabin. The warmth from infrared radiation helps to loosen muscle tension and supports the self-healing of the body.

There is also a Kneipp foot basin available. An alternation of the feet between warm and cold water gets the circulation going and ensures good blood circulation.
