Therefore, our chef de cuisine and his team create the best dishes for you every day, prepared with fresh and local ingredients. Quality is the top priority here: the meat is supplied by Walde Metzge, cheese comes from the Sojer cheese dairy and the baked goods are baked in the Walch bakery.
